Is hosting included?
- Yes the first 12 months hosting (1GB disc space and 1GB bandwidth) is included the the purchase price.

- Yes we do. Please email us and we will send you a list of recent sites.
What dating system do you use?
The site is a php script called Love Factory which built on Joomla content management system.
Do I own the site once bought?
- Yes you do! Unlike other dating websites that you can buy on the web, once you have paid for the site, you own it fully. No commission to be paid! No hidden costs! You get 100% of the profits generated from your website.
Are there any additional cost once the site is online?
- The only cost after the first year is hosting and domain renewal which is $100 per year this includes domain renewal. We also offer support and marketing updates at $60 per hour.
Do you offer site customisations?

Do you offer any additional programming?
At this stage we don’t offer any additional programming but if there is a feature you would like then please just let our team know and we can look into this for future software updates.
What happens after I purchase the site?
To get everything started the following would be required
1. Your site name
2. Your Target Market
3. Preferred Colours
4. Introduction/ About Us Text
5. Any images you would like to be used on the site
We will organise your preferred domain name to be pointed to you chosen site. You will also be given admin details so you can manage the dating site and it’s users.
Do you offer online support after you have designed the website?
- The site is sold as a complete standalone turnkey package. We ensure that all settings are added so that you are ready to start attracting members. We have video tutorials that you can follow to help you operate the site if needed.
- If you do need any additional help such as adding code, assistance with marketing, video tutorials then this can be purchased: $80 USD per hour.

Do you offer telephone support?
- Not at the moment. We are an online based company. Please use our live chat support on this website. Email questions are usually answered within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

- Yes you can it is one of the great features of the love factory system. Administrators can modify the search criteria to suit your market. We can assist with this as an optional extra. This can all be done in the admin area of your site.

- We can customise your registration fields to meet your niche market. e.g If you are looking at a sports dating site then questions on the registration page and profile pages maybe geared more towards sports.

Can you install the dating software on to my hosting?
- This can be done but additional charges will apply. It usually takes about 2 hours ($120). You will get your first years hosting included in the purchase price so it may be worth using our service.
- Please remember there are some special hosting and database requirements to run the site. Please email for details. Unfortunately we cannot offer any hosting support on third party servers. If you move to another service provider you would need to use their provided support.
Can I choose my own domain?
- Yes sure, just let our team know what domain you would like and we can let you know if it’s available and organise the purchase of this. Included in your website dating package.
You currently do not have a site that matches my market are you able to brand the site to my market?

Do you offer graphic design services?
- A basic logo will be included in the site design. This wording can be changed to match your chosen site name. If you require a more customised logo then this would be $180.
